This site is an independent, community-created educational resource for Actuator.Finance on PulseChain.  We are not affiliated with the Actuator team.

Our goal is to be the most trustworthy, hype-free, beginner-accessible guide to HEX Time Tokens (HTTs), ACTR farming, seed phrase security, hardware wallets, and the broader PulseChain ecosystem.

A fair observation, made by more than one careful reader: this site's scholarship outruns the market it documents.  As of 2026-08-15, every HEX Time Token in existence adds up to about $1023k at par, and the deepest trading pool holds roughly $211k — yet here sits a nineteen-chapter manual, a cited bibliography, and a due-diligence page built for professionals.  That mismatch is not an accident we hope you won't notice.  It is the point.

Reliable documentation matters most exactly when a market is small.  A mature market comes with analysts, ratings, court records, and decades of journalism; a young one comes with marketing and rumor.  The gap between what is claimed and what is checkable is never wider than in an ecosystem this early — and that is when a wrong claim, a lookalike token, or a misunderstood mechanic costs someone the most.  Add that everything here runs on immutable contracts with no recourse, and the places where mistakes cannot be undone are precisely the places that deserve the most careful maps.

So the site is written for the market Actuator might become — and dated so it stays honest if it never does.  Every yield figure, every snapshot, every claim carries the day it was checked.  If this market grows, the record was here first.  If it fades, nothing on these pages will have pretended otherwise.  The scholarship is our bet; whether the market deserves yours remains, as always, your own research to do.

Who runs this site.  hexbonds.com is researched, written, and maintained by one person — an independent researcher who publishes pseudonymously.  The author is a Hexican who found Actuator around a year after it launched, and built the resource they wished had existed when they arrived.

What the author holds.  The author holds HEX, PLS, ACTR, and HTTs — the assets this site writes about.  That is a bias, and you should treat it as one.  It is also why every load-bearing claim on this site is cited to a source you can check yourself (see Sources): the facts are documented precisely so you never have to take a participant's word for anything.

No affiliation.  The Actuator team has no involvement with this site — no review, no approval, no sponsorship, no communication channel beyond what any member of the public has.  Citing someone's published work implies no relationship beyond the citation itself.

No money changes hands.  No ads, no affiliate links, no sponsorships, no paid placements, no token — today, and no plans to add them.  Nobody pays for coverage here, and nothing here is for sale.  The site's only ask is the Suggest or Correct button: if something is wrong, say so.
